<p class="MsoNormal">If you have an escrow officer friend in Pierce County, they can likely tell you what to do. Here in Wahkiakum, we include the mobile home and the real estate on the same real estate excise tax affidavit, unless the mobile home is owned
by a different party than the underlying land owner. I think the practice is the same across the state, but I am continuing to learn the ways the Counties differ in their requirements.<o:p></o:p></p>
