<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">The new forms for minor guardianship/conservatorship are finalized and published. That part of the new law is in effect. The forms committee, on which I am one of the serving members,
is still in the process of working on the adult guardianship/conservatorship forms which, hopefully, will be completed by late summer, fall. September, I believe, is the target date.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">It would not be necessary or even appropriate to use the new adult forms for reports that do not cover a reporting period ending 1/1/2022 and thereafter. From 1/1/2022 – one should expect
to have to comply with the new reporting requirements and the published forms will be able to guide one in that direction.
