to Recovery Plan on January 11, 2021. Court hearings and client consultations are being conducted using Zoom or by telephone. We are limiting in person meetings at our office to 15 minutes, mostly for Will signings as two witnesses are required to be in the
same room when Wills are executed. We file all court documents using King County Superior Court eService, and are now able to eRecord deeds, lack of probate affidavits and death certificates while the King County Recorder’s Office is closed to the public.
