hoping for a return. I represent the niece and PR of the Estate. Keep in mind that the personal tax return might allow for a deduction for the lost monies. We have filed an amended 2018 return on behalf of the decedent and await the IRS allowance of the
deductions.. If accepted, it will result in $4,800 refund not the original $40,000 owed to the IRS. Form 4684 Casualties and Thefts was used and an itemization of all monies sent was given.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

relative. That person and the primary salesman are all out of state. I need an agency to send emails and her affidavit to who might attempt enforcement. Attorney General? I see this could fit elder abuse but I doubt APS would do much??</span><span style="font-size:14.0pt;color:black"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
