The other day I was having a discussion in the office with an attorney whose client did a restatement and the drafting attorney goofed up the reference date to the original RLT. They were considering recording a notice of change of trustee and Restatement to address the incorrect reference to the date, because the deed vesting title in the RLT referenced the date of the trust agreement.
