<p class="MsoNormal">I just tried to order death certificates online for a probate client this morning. When I selected “Legal Representative” as the basis for ordering the Long Form Certified Copy, VitalCheck/LexisNexis required me to give my full legal name
and social security number. I had to pick what street I grew up on and what streets I did not live on. And then I had to upload a copy of the Court Order showing that I am the legal representative for the executor. And I am waiting to see if King County Public
Health agrees that I have the right to buy the death certificate. What a pain! Now my paralegal can’t do this anymore since it needs my social security number and all of the streets I have ever lived on… Let’s see if this even works. Maybe we just have to
have clients order it themselves and then give us a copy.<o:p></o:p></p>
