My client would like to close the probate as soon as possible, so I'd like to do it as simply as possible. Normally I would get beneficiaries to sign receipts of distribution and waivers of the 30 days, but that doesn't make sense to me when the PR is the sole beneficiary in the Will. There are other heirs at law, but they are not beneficiaries in the will. Do I do receipt/waiver from the PR/beneficiary and file it anyway, silly though it seems? Or is there a better way?

Thanks, everyone, for your wise counsel.

Cindy Zetts
Cynthia Zetts Law, PLLC
Affordable estate planning, mobile service
253-720-6446

CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE: This email message and any attachment is a transmission from the law firm and is intended only for the intended recipient.
