<p class="MsoNormal">Hello, list! I have some clients (three siblings) whose parents (both deceased) had a life estate in a property in Florida, which passed to the kids as joint tenants with rights of survivorship. Since there are numerous properties all
over the US, the adult kids have all determined that this Florida property should go entirely to one of the siblings (let's call him Bob), rather than to all three.
