<p class="MsoNormal">I haven't encountered this before, but my first thought would be to have the half-sister sign an agreement to receive all statutory notices by email (except service of process), and she should create a dedicated free email account just
to receive those notices. File that agreement in the case file and that should resolve any notice issues. And in the petition, you can just put her email address as her address.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">In your own file, you might document what the PR knows or did to verify the half-sister's identity and ensure that the Estate isn't being scammed by an impostor. Not that I think that is happening, but I think a little due diligence in
the file to confirm why the PR made the unusual arrangement is prudent.<o:p></o:p></p>

of legitimate safety concerns. My client is full sibling of the decedent. I am trying to figure out how much address information I can leave out, redact, or otherwise protect on behalf of this beneficiary, both in the initial petition and in the required declarations
