I simply put REDACTED AT REQUEST OF HEIR. The Court had no problems with it and granted the Petition. My understanding of the Affidavit of Mailing would be to establish that you sent something to that person on the date indicated. As long as they do not come forward and challenge - then there really is no issue to be had. If you want to be extra cautious, I might suggest documenting in your file copy of the correspondence that is mailed. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">In my case - nothing came of it.
