<p class="MsoNormal">If a person does a transfer on death deed (TODD) and then sells their home, does the person have to record another document revoking the deed? As I read the statute, I don’t think that is necessary because the sale of the home would revoke
the deed, but I am wondering if title companies are requiring something else. In other words, will the person incur doc prep and recording fees to have to revoke the TODD to sell their home?<o:p></o:p></p>
