As there is no assigned judge, and after checking the rules, I had understood that it should ex-parte, however the clerk rejected the presentment stating it could not go ex-parte via the Clerk.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Can anyone who has had to negotiate through the labyrinth of filing procedures and point me the right direction? I’ve reviewed the ex-parte probate page on the courts website and I’m now even more confused and less certain how to submit this. Does a hearing get noted and does this go through e-working copies?
