You could open an estate of absentee under 11.80. Not the easiest statute to deal with, but it would give them authority like a PR. <br>

I was asked to take on probate for a missing person. The family presumes that the missing person is dead after going missing in the wilderness a month ago. No body was recovered. The family wants to vacate the missing person's rented apartment.
