<p class="MsoNormal">I just did this in Pierce Co. where the original personal representative agreed to cooperate to re-open the estate to record a fulfillment deed. Given the time that passed between closing the estate and our petition to re-open (9 years),
the court required us to submit a sealed record with the PR’s DOB and full legal name to verify eligibility. The clerk’s office instructed us to mail the (electronically) signed order, letter requesting letters testamentary, and a check to the clerk’s office.
Pretty simple. <o:p></o:p></p>
