I see that RCW 11.88.020 permits an out-of-state guardian to be appointed so long as they have appointed a resident agent to accept service of process in all proceedings. Is anyone aware of anything that would prohibit an out-of-country guardian from being appointed? So long as they took the required training and appointed a resident agent?
Thank you in advance.
