<p class="MsoNormal">As silly as it sounds, I did have a glitch a couple of years back and did a written explanation of a CPA and then added a Nolo article and some other online articles so it would be clear the CPA was not a creature of my own imagination.
I think the CPA did need to be recorded for the bank (I think it was a bank) to be happy.
