<p class="MsoNormal">Place it in a Trust, the only beneficiaries of which can be biological descendants of the grantors. Specifically disinherit the adopted grandchildren. Grandparents don’t need a reason to disinherit some of their grandchildren. Do not give
son a power of appointment, so it stays in trust. That should take care of it for the next 150 years (rule against perpetuities).<o:p></o:p></p>

kids and then vesting in the other son’s biological children once they are adults? I find this request somewhat repugnant and also do not know the best way to achieve it.
