needs. I see some attorneys draft to consider it in every Will (basically, if any beneficiary is receiving benefits then that benes share to SNT), others only address it if there is a known disabled beneficiary. I am curious if some of you would tell me
your preferred practice and why – no wrong answer here per se – really I change my mind often when I have the dialogue going on.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
