too. As with post-petition mediation, it might be a good idea to put some thought into workable less restrictive alternatives to address the concerns being raised by the would-be petitioners thereby avoiding the petition in the first place. Saves money too!!</span><o:p></o:p></p>

and an excellent person to mediate with. We have also worked with Retired Judge and former Ex Parte commissioner Kim Prochnau who now has her own mediation services and who is also excellent. </span><o:p></o:p></p>
