<p class="MsoNormal">I know we are all sorry to not be attending the RPPT Midyear at Skamania this weekend. It’s always been one of my favorite places to enjoy time with colleagues over the past years of Midyear meetings.

<p class="MsoNormal">For those of you who have joined with us to remember our friend Scott Johnson, and get some exercise on Saturday morning at the Midyear for the past eight years (and run off Friday night’s dinner and/or beverages), we will be holding our
