to collect the funds, not otherwise used, upon proof of expenditures unless the party who set up the fund can show that the funds are being used for proper expenditure – for example a memorial held by them outside of what the PR/estate are doing (blended family
situation maybe) or the funds are being set into account for minor, etc. etc.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
