<span style="font-family:Times New Roman; color:#000000; font-size:12pt;"><div class="MsoNormal" style="font-size:12pt;;">PC:</div><div class="MsoNormal" style="font-size:12pt;;">My daughter on her own opened an account with xxx Financial Service for $50,000 with money she was saving for a down payment on a house. Because the xxx broker knew me he assumed the money should be invested in stocks, but that was not my daughter's desire since she wanted cash when they found a house. When she discovered that her saving account had gone down in value she asked how this could happen since she had never even talked to the broker, received a statement or notice of the purchases. When I confronted the broker that I have known for more than 30 years he admitted to me that he had never talked to my daughter but just assumed she wanted the money invested. <o:p style=""></o:p></div><div> <span style="">She has now received a letter giving her until May 15th to agree to receive a settlement of half of the $20,000 lost or the offer will expire. Since the trade was never authorized and no statements or notices were sent to her we just assumed xxx would make her whole. Therefore the need of legal help - thanks Mike</span></div><div><br></div><div><img id="sigimg0" title="signature image" src="cid:sigimg0@e326bb13136cc36217b64ea646618c43" mce_src="cid:sigimg0@e326bb13136cc36217b64ea646618c43" border="0" alt="" wbeuser="michael@westseattleattorney.com"></div></span>
