Now I am out in island county, and the letters do not need to be recorded, just shown. I recently dealt with Grays Harbor Co and they are like Island in this respect. Different counties read the WACs (or ignore them) differently...<div><br></div><div>In your case of a Snohomish county clerk that did not require them to be recorded, Which I expect was an error On the clerk’s part, you might reach out to a Snohomish county title company and ask them if they would have a problem insuring title down the road... if no title issue, your client got an accidental freebie!<br><br>Sarah<br><div dir="ltr">Sent by dictation from my iPhone.
