There was some initial confusion on the part of one of the judicial officers in Ex Parte in Seattle. But the consensus has formed that RCW 9A.72.085 remains effective until July 1, 2021.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>So we can still make our Wills “self-proving” with Declarations. I opened two probates in King County without any issue last week.
