Her attorney at the time asked me to serve as PR and the court agreed. Part of the court order indicates I am to gather information on the estate and the trust and funds from either or both can be used to pay fees/costs of administration.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">There is a Will and a Trust in place. I need to have a Guardian appointed for one of the adult children and it is complicated because he is also the Trustee of the Trust.
I plan to note for hearing a Petition for Guardian (unsure if GAL is the first step). I need to find someone who would be willing to serve as Guardian in this case and if it is appropriate, to serve as Trustee as well.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

A sister living in Washington, a brother in Oregon and the brother living in the home who needs a Guardian and should not continue as Trustee. He is spending trust monies for his own personal benefit and needs assistance with getting benefits, disability,
Medicare, etc.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
