<div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">Here is the basic run down: Principal is 64/65, some mental health issues, but not to level of needing a guardian. Looking for someone to ensure that the SS check has arrived, pay monthly bills.
The existing Agent is looking to plan ahead so this person won't be left in a dire situation if they pass. </div>
