<p class="MsoNormal">Once a creditor’s claim is filed it affects the continued administration of the estate. The claim will not be barred under a different sol (such as contracts) because the filing shifts the burden to the PR to either reject, pay or otherwise
settle the claim. That is my understanding I have to confess though, I have not had a probate hang out there that long.<o:p></o:p></p>

written contract, like a credit card debt. I vaguely recall researching this in connection with a probate that lay dormant for 12 years and we paid the claim, but I thought I better check, and I am not sure what the reasoning is.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
