docket. If it will take longer than 10 minutes, then it goes to the civil motion calendar. If the clerk switches it to the wrong one, you need to contact the clerk to make sure it is docketed correctly. With that said, some clerks view all TEDRA Petitions
as heavily contested matters and therefore taking more than 10 minutes. You might not be able to convince them otherwise.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
