<p class="MsoNormal">Hello colleagues: I have a client, a US citizen, who wants to make monetary bequests in her will to several adult relatives who are citizens of and reside in the Czech Republic. Are there any special estate planning considerations? Based
on my reading, testamentary gifts to such citizens would not be subject to any Czech taxes. That said, I’m not even sure how to go about researching this question.<o:p></o:p></p>
