<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">A PR is considering whether to liquidate a large investment portfolio due to current events and concerns about a recession. The portfolio has performed well. We are within 6-8 months of completing
the probate and distributing to beneficiaries. The beneficiaries of the investment portfolio are a number of nonprofits.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The PR is not qualified, nor am I, to make the decision regarding liquidation. I have to consider that this decision may come before the court. I believe it would be more defensible if an expert,
such as an economist, provided an opinion, rather than rely on the portfolio’s current investment advisor or another financial advisor.
