<P class=MsoNormal>I have. I told my client that it could not be done. He insisted and I agreed to prepare the deed without the trustee’s names even though I explained that it’s improper. I had him take the deed to get recorded in person in King County expecting that it would not get recorded. He reported back that the clerk at the Recorder’s office first objected but my client was able to convince the clerk to record the deed and he got it done. <O:P></O:P></P>
