of the resignation/death/removal and the first date of publishing of the notice. Why would this statute not apply?<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I do not believe you have to publish a second Notice to Creditors for the new PR. The creditor claim notice period was satisfied with the first PR. Creditors do not get increased time to file based on the unfortunate death of your first
