The home business is a learning center for children which the applicant and another educator provides an after-school learning program at the applicant's current home. The PC has a bigger home which the applicant wants to rent to expand her home business. <br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Because the PC is aware of the applicant's home business, should a business lease be offered in lieu of a residential lease? What concerns should the PC be aware of?
