<p class="MsoPlainText">I have a potential client in (I think) Island County who received an unfavorable judgment in a neighbor dispute case a few years ago from that Superior Court, regarding her vegetation. Now, an appellate decision has been entered that
might give her a basis for vacating the judgment (operative word being “might”). It involves HOA CC&Rs and land use questions. The PC doesn’t have a lot of money. She can pay a nominal fee, but prefers someone who will work on contingency. Our firm’s fee
structure won’t allow it.<o:p></o:p></p>
