<p class="MsoNormal">So do I have to go back to court to deal with this bequest? If so, I would ask that all fees be deducted from the share to the now defunct charity—essentially leaving very little remaining—as my client and I do not believe that the other
remaining beneficiaries should have to be responsible for this unfortunate turn of events. <o:p></o:p></p>
