<p class="MsoNormal">I thought I read somewhere that nonresident personal representatives must file a bond. However, RCW 11.36.010(6) says in part: “unless bond has been waived as provided by RCW 11.28.185, such nonresident personal representative must file
a bond to be approved by the court.” So if the Will contains a provision waiving bond for the person nominated to serve as personal representative he or she will not have to file a bond even if a nonresident, correct?<o:p></o:p></p>
