The clerks at the RJC has worked with me though if I call ahead of time to say I need a particular Will transferred internally from SEA to RJC to open a probate. The transfer usually take a couple days, maybe three. When I know the Will is in Kent, then I can go down to get an Order to Remove Will from Repository. Then follow up with an Order to Open a Probate after retrieving the original Will from the clerk. A bit cumbersome and it requires running to the clerks office twice. But at least with the RJC’s clerks assistance to transfer the Will from SEA before I head to court helps.
