<p class="MsoNormal">It seems that <i>Rathbone</i> (190 Wn.2d 332) has had a chilling effect on removal of PR/Administrator for disagreements about how estate is being administered. I would read that case to get a sense of how your estate may or may not fall
under that. Then see RCW 11.68.070 and 11.28.250 for grounds for removal. Once removed, see RCW 11.28.120 for priority of who would be successor administrator. Of course, under RCW 11.28.120(7), any suitable person can ask for Letters of Administration.<o:p></o:p></p>
