If none of those are available, you could get a list from Martha Cohen at Interpreter Services as Tara suggested. <br><br>As a warning, that’s an arduous process as many interpreters don’t do written translation, only oral / spoken. It can also depend on their schedule and the list also turns over pretty quickly.<br><br>I am bilingual and I prepare wills, etc. for clients who are monolingual Spanish speaking. Although I always explain the documents in Spanish, for a number of reasons, I always prepare the documents in English and have them translated by a certified interpreter. The most important reason is that any foreign language documents submitted to court must be translated into English by a certified translator. So, I always start by assuming that the documents could be submitted to court here in the U.S. and that it will eventually need to be in English.
