 will be asking to appoint another as the Administrator of the Estate (well past 40 days from death).  Does anyone who handles Skagit County probates know if an in person hearing is required (as in Pierce County) for all new probates or will the court entertain
 an ex parte submission of the documents?<u></u><u></u></span></p>
