if the Will fails – otherwise you could make the argument that notice doesn’t have to be given to a variety of persons (think second marriage where surviving spouse gets all under Will with CP and SP for example and kids from marriage 1 take nothing). If
a step-child couldn’t be found you wouldn’t, maybe estranged, you wouldn’t say, it doesn’t matter if he/she got notice because you get nothing….<o:p></o:p></span></p>

end, it is many practitioners practice to advise their clients to take certain steps to do this, check mail, we have hired heir search before (and found a missing homeless heir by them), asked the PR about any history of family known to exist (even if just
