department generated the letter and that somehow it was up to the minor and me, her counsel, to now deal with it or the monies would be sent to the State of WA. When I asked her what authority the bank had to disregard the court order, she said – because
her legal dept said so. I responded that the only activity the account was going to have was the deposit of terms awarded to the minor if I had to go to court to stop the bank from touching this money. Geez.</span></div>
