<html><body><span style="font-family:Times New Roman; color:#000000; font-size:12pt;"><div><span class="mceItemHidden">While I have had the <span class="mceItemHiddenSpellWord">OFR</span> reduce its lien, I had a case a long time ago where the the decedent's son was living in the home and receiving state payments for caring for his mother who was receiving state aid. After she died, the <span class="mceItemHiddenSpellWord">OFR</span> waived the lien. Does anyone have had a chance to deal with them on compromise and or waiver?
