<DIV>Folks, I posted this yesterday but may have used the wrong address.
Has anyone tried to get Capital One bank to accept the small estate
affidavit? I have a decedent who left a couple of bank accounts outside a
revocable trust and I will use the affidavit after the 40 day period. Has
Capital One accepted them without serious debate? After all they are doing
business in Washington. </DIV>
