I have n<span style="font-size: 12pt;">ever had to actually take a person to Court for not turning over assets so I am assuming that its a show cause, right? </span></div><div><br></div><div>FACTS: an attorney collected a fee for redoing decedent's and wife's will. I informed Attorney that I represented the PR both personally and as PR ("PR"). Attorney said she thereafter contacted PR do get her permission to send me the drafts and balance of unused retainer and said that now PR wants to redo her will - I suspect that it is actually the PR's daughter trying to take advantage of her elderly 92 yo mother. In any event, I told attorney her to stop contacting my client. <span style="font-size: 12pt;">Attorney is not returning the balance and or the drafts she prepared so I need to force the issue.
