<DIV>I, personally, see big access to justice concerns in potentially taking so many Members out of the practice of law, which seems contrary to our most important mission. </DIV>

<DIV>I've heard complaints that this is just another Seattle-driven process characterized by "take member input and ignore it." Hopefully that's not the case. If so, I assume my fellow governors will see through that. Get your input in by Friday if this is important to you. </DIV>
