</span>The County assessor discovered a typographical error of the legal description on the Quit Claim Deed.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">
</span>If I prepare a corrected Quit Claim Deed, who would sign it?<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">
</span>No probate was opened for husband’s estate (I presume that’s why the did the quit claim deed).<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">
