attention. The title company obtained a certified copy from the county auditor’s office, added the Exhibit A, and then re-recorded it as a correction deed. In fact, the title company signed the REETA stating they were both the sellers’ agent and the buyer’s
agent. They also paid the recording costs. See WAC 458-61A-217<o:p></o:p></span></p>

the Quit Claim Deed. If I prepare a corrected Quit Claim Deed, who would sign it? No probate was opened for husband’s estate (I presume that’s why the did the quit claim deed). <o:p></o:p></span></p>
