While the English estate has been settled and the property, under English inheritance laws, has passed to her, she has been informed that the English estate settlement process will not be sufficient to have the title work to the property cleared.</span><p><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">She is going to need some assistance to get this title properly transferred into her name in preparation for selling the property.
