The French bureaucracy wants proof that the Decree of Adoption (signed by a judge and filed with the court) is final. From my experience with ancillary probates, I know there are two different certification-plus things the court clerk can do. However, I can’t remember what they are called – maybe verification and something else. Help?<O:P></O:P></SPAN></P>
